Who is responsible

What we receive and why

Our enquiry form asks for your product interest, name, work email, country or target market, and project details. You may also provide a company name, WhatsApp number, estimated quantity and customization needs. We use these details to assess and answer your request, discuss specifications or documentation, and follow up on that same enquiry. We do not add form submissions to a marketing list.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on steps you request before entering a potential contract if you are enquiring on your own behalf. For enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business contacts. We do not use automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

How your enquiry is delivered

The form sends your details over HTTPS to our website function hosted by Vercel. Resend processes the message for email delivery to our company mailbox. We do not create a separate website database of enquiries. Our hosting and email providers may also process technical request and delivery information needed to run and protect these services. These providers may process information outside your country. Resend states that it stores email content and delivery logs in the United States and describes its transfer safeguards in its GDPR information.

How long information remains

We delete enquiry emails from our mailbox once the enquiry and any follow-up you requested are finished, unless we must keep a record to meet a legal obligation or address an ongoing dispute. Email providers may retain their own delivery copies and logs temporarily even after we delete the mailbox copy. Resend currently publishes a 30-day email-and-log retention period for its standard plans; Enterprise settings may differ. See Resend’s current retention information.

Website usage and external contact

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page-usage statistics. Its default setup does not use third-party cookies or identify visitors across sites. We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page-loading and interaction performance. It collects anonymous performance data such as the page URL, browser, device type, country and Web Vitals. A visit to the confirmation page is counted after a form submission succeeds, without including your form details in the page address. We do not send your name, email or enquiry message to these services. The WhatsApp prompt uses browser session storage to remember its display state and page count during your visit. If you choose a WhatsApp link, you leave our site and your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.

Your choices and rights

You can contact info@joyakit.com to ask about information we hold, request correction or deletion, or object to or restrict processing where applicable law gives you that right. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data-protection regulator, you may also complain to that regulator. Providing the required form details is voluntary, but without them we may be unable to answer your request.
